29 CFR 1910.266(i)(3)(v): At a minimum, training did not consist of the procedures, practices and requirements of the employer's work site: a) Brown's Lawn & Tree Service, LLC at 1418 Pinewood Court - On or about May 8, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees were trained in work site procedures and practices, such as restrictions on entering the area of a felling operation. Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards when accessing areas where felling operations were occurring during the clearing of a residential lot.
