29 CFR 1910.134(i)(7): Oil lubricated compressor(s) used to supply breathing air did not have a high-temperature or carbon monoxide alarm(s) or both: (a) Abrasive Blasting Area: On April 3, 2018 and times prior, employees conduct abrasive blasting activities while wearing a Clemco supplied air respirator abrasive blasting helmet. The breathing air is supplied by a Quincy QSI-600 (serial #99133H) oil lubricated compressor. The Quincy compressor was not equipped with a high-temperature or carbon monoxide alarm, or both, to monitor carbon monoxide levels.
