29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: PLATING LINE: On or about March 21, 2018, two employees were splashed with chromic acid in their faces, chests, and arms while trying to separate two racks that had become tangled. The employees wore only safety glasses and neoprene gloves that extended to their mid-forearms.
