29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about March 15, 2018, and times prior thereto, at the north east corner outside of the facility, the employer used flexible cord in lieu of permanent wiring to power the Torit Dust Collector and other equipment exposing the employees to fire or electrical shock hazards.
