29 CFR 1926.454(b)(2): The employer did not have each employee who was involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the correct procedures for erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining the supported fabricated scaffold: a) At the job site, on or about March 8, 2018, the employees erecting and operating tubular welded frame scaffolding had not been trained on the correct procedures for erecting, moving, operating, inspecting and maintaining the scaffold.
