29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts: A) Alex Products, Inc., located at 8110 Gasser Road, Paulding, OH 45879: On or about March 6, 2018, the employer did not ensure that one or more methods of adequate machine guarding were provided to protect employees from moving parts such as, but not limited to, the main rotating hub and the tension roller assembly of the wire draw machine located at the Draw Line # 2. Employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards.
