29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: (a) The production area; The employer did not provide training for employees as authorized employees to perform lock out of hazardous energy sources prior to performing cleaning, maintenance or repairs of equipment such as but not limited to the water table used for plasma arc cutting and the Accurpress 400 ton press.
