29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program including the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): The employer is failing to educate employees of hazardous chemicals in the workplace. This was most recently documented on January 31, 2018 at 56265 702 Rd. Mahaska, Kansas. The employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program for its employees. Employees were exposed but not limited to: a) Carbon monoxide from Arc welding operations utilizing Hobart Generator/Welder(s) equipped with gasoline combustion engine(s), and, B) Hydrogen Sulfide off gassing from the manure pits below the hog confinements.
