29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about 2/5/2018, at the south of the shop area of BC Direct Corp DBA Robotray, located at 15625 NW 15th Ave, Miami, FL 33169. A fire extinguisher placed on the floor was blocked by a metal cart and chairs, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
