29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(1)(ii): The employer did not use engineering controls and work practices in all operations covered by 1926.1101, regardless of the levels of exposure, in the form of wet methods or wetting agents to control employee exposures during asbestos handling, mixing, removal, cutting, application and cleanup. a) Refrigerated Warehouse Area - On or about 10/20/17, asbestos containing wallboard, which contained 11% chrysotile asbestos, was knocked down, demolished, and left in the building. Wet methods or wetting agents were not used to control employee exposures to asbestos. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
