Hatfield, PA - on or about November 21, 2017, employees performed meat cutting operations and sanitation operations spraying corrosive cleaner and degreaser without personal protective equipment, and the employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present that necessitate the use of personal protective equipment.
