29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Work benches in garage, Foley Transportation, 235 Taylor St., Springfield, Massachusetts; On and before November 7, 2017 employees used homemade extension cords with junction boxes that had missing knockouts which exposed the employees to electrical shock hazards from the 120 volt sources.
