29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about November 2, 2017, and at times prior thereto, in the Passivation Room when employees were required to wear 3M N95 filtering facepiece respirators while adding chemicals to the acid tank without having an established written respiratory protection program.
