29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a)Lot 31 Rosshandler RD, Suwannee, GA 30024 - On or about August 11, 2017 and at times prior to, employees delivering mortar to a scaffold were exposed to being struck by falling bricks and hand tools. The employer failed to provide hard hats to employees working beneath a scaffold from which others performed masonry work.
