29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): Procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A), (c)(4)(ii)(B), (c)(4)(ii)(C) and (c)(4)(ii)(D): On or about 8/8/2017 in the production areas at 1 Wingfoot Way NE, Social Circle, GA: Where employees performed maintenance and or service on equipment such as the four (4) flat press complete process system, did not have clear and specific energy control procedures. The employer failed to address all of the energy sources in the procedures such as but not limited to electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical, water, gravity, and heat energy sources.
