29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(C): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for placement, removal and transfer of lockout devices or tagout devices and the responsibility for them: On or about August 3, 2017, the lockout/tagout procedures did not specifically outline the order that locks should be removed from electrical and air energy sources for equipment such as, but not limited to, Norfield magnum, Kval 950 hinge prep machine, Kval 920 strike prep machine, Norfield 5000, Norfield 4000, Norfield Eagle, and Norfield 1020. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
