29 CFR 1915.87(c)(1): The employer did not ensure that there is an adequate number of employees trained as first aid providers at each worksite during each workshift. On or around August 1, 2017 and at times prior and subsequent thereto at the Westport Orange Shipyard in Orange, Texas the employer did not ensure that an adequate number of employees were trained as first aid providers in the Repair Division, and exposed employees to the condition of not having providers available for first aid to injured/ill employees.
