29 CFR 1910.333(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that only qualified persons were allowed to work on energized circuit parts or equipment that had not been de-energized under the procedures of paragraph (b) of this section: On or about 23 July 2017, and at times prior to, at the above addressed jobsite, non-qualified employees were permitted to work on electric circuit parts or equipment that had not been de-energized, exposing them to electrocution hazards.
