29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to Items A-D of this section: At 9832 Evergreen Industrial Drive, St. Louis, MO 63123, on 07/20/17, specifically inside of the Print & Roll Stock Department, the specific lockout/tagout procedure for machinery such as, but limited to, the Retroflex Single-Color Flexo Printer, m/n 20114613, failed to address the following: a/ The magnitude of each energy source. b/ The techniques to be used for verifying that all energy sources have been isolated.
