29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer shall make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure, and post-exposure evaluation and follow-up to all employees who have had an exposure incident: a. On or before August 23, 2017, at the workplace, the employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who had occupational exposure such as cleaning up blood spills and providing first aid. On or about June 21, 2017, members of the first responder team and other employees were exposed to blood when administering emergency medical care and cleaning up blood related to an employee amputation at the roller conveyor on line 11.
