29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press(es): (a) Perry Tool & Die Co. at 11606 Reed Ct., Broomfield, CO 80020: On and before June 23, 2017 the employer did not install point-of-operation guards or point-of-operation devices on the Perkins Machine Company mechanical punch press model 300-B. This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards when operating the mechanical power press.
