29 CFR 1910.1018(k)(2): Floors and other accessible surfaces contaminated with inorganic arsenic were cleaned by shoveling and/or brushing where vacuuming or other relevant methods were effective. a) On June 28, 2017, eWorks Electronic Services, Inc. did not ensure that floors in the Baler and in the Cathode Ray Tube Line areas were not brushed or dry swept when surfaces were contaminated with arsenic. A bulk sample of dust and debris collected from the floor in the Baler Area contained arsenic.
