29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): (3) Stairs have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings; On or about June 14, 2017, at the beam line control room on the Hem-Saw, the step on one side of the conveyor/rack did not have uniform riser heights and tread depths. The steps are made out of I beams and were put in place for the operator to walk over conveyor to get to the other side. Employee(s) exposed to a fall hazard from the riser and tread depths not being uniform.
