29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15): Ladders were not inspected by a competent person for visible defects on a periodic basis and after an occurrence that could affect their safe use: On or about May 24, 2017 and at times prior thereto at a residential roofing project, employees performing roofing activities were using an extension ladder with a damaged rung exposing the employees to fall injures.
