29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about March 24th, 2017, at the jobsite located at 2061 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Riviera Beach FL, 33404, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees who were required to wear 3M 6100 half face elastomeric respirators when conducting filling operations.
