29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(2)(i): Clean change rooms were not provided for employees exposed to lead in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL), without regard to the use of respirators. a) H Hansen Industries located on the Lewis J Kuber Barge docked at 600 Millard Avenue Oregon, OH, 43616, on or about March 24, 2017 the employer did not ensure that clean change rooms were provided for employees exposed to lead in excess of the PEL without regards to the use of respirators exposing employees to the possible of cross contamination of lead. Exposure to lead can cause anemia, weakness, and kidney and brain damage.
