29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) In the secondary machining area, the employer did not ensure a Holz Her slider table saw was equipped with a fixed guard. On or about November 8, 2016, an employee suffered a partial amputation of a fingertip while operating the saw.
