29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) Facility, 125 Pence Road, Cowansville, PA: On or about February 10, 2017 the 10" table saw used to rip wood did not have a guard in place. The saw is used by employees to rip wooden boards to make crates.
