29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: Neapco Components - Buildings 1-4 - 501 W. Sargent Street - Beatrice, Nebraska - Employer is failing to conduct training to ensure that Mosaic employee(s) are aware of chemical hazards associated with the use of cleaning chemicals used at the facility. Employees exposed to corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to toilet bowl cleaner, chlorine bleach, and lime scale/rust remover, did not have an adequate understanding of the hazards of the chemical products. This violation was last observed on or about December 12, 2016.
