29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee. (a) Billboard, Sissonville Drive: On or about November 1, 2016 and times prior, employees performing retrofits of billboard signs were permitted to use a 2x4 stringer, secured with 10d nails, as both the working platform and the anchorage point for the personal fall arrest system which had not been evaluated to determine it's capability of supporting 5,000 pounds per employee.
