29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) On or about September 27, 2016, Machinist employees were exposed to machine hazards associated with moving parts when they engaged in tool change activities on the Davenport and Acme screw machines in the Machine Shop. The employees did not receive authorized employee training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the types and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control.
