29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about September 21, 2016, and times prior thereto, in the SE corner of the Mill Area where employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard when operating a DeWalt Bench Grinder Model DW758 to deburr metal parts without the work rest being adjusted to one eight inch or less.
