Presque Isle Wine Cellars, Inc., 9440 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, on or about September 15, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees perform service and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to, an auger, crusher and must pump. Specific energy control procedures were not developed for the equipment and the process.
