29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: On or about August 25, 2016, and times prior thereto, at this facility, employees respirators were not stored properly to protect them from such as, but not limited to, dust and damaging chemicals when operating in spray booth, cleaning the plastic products, loading coating agents into supply systems and working with and around hazardous chemicals with following respirators: a. Half-face piece Air Purified Respirator Moldex 7000 Series with Moldex Organic Vapor Cartridge #7100; and, b. Powered-Supplied-Air-Respirator Hood System Bullard CC20 with 3M H-410 P 100 Filter.
