29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: (Construction Reference 1926.103) a. On or about August 4, 2016, at the erection deck and overhead turbine bay areas, an employee was required to wear a tight-fitting respirator during lead cleanup work and the employer did not ensure an annual respirator fit test was provided. Power plant surfaces were contaminated with lead which exposed employees lead hazards.
