29 CFR 1926.1101(e)(1): All Class I, II and III asbestos work was not conducted within regulated areas which complied with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.1101(e), paragraphs (2), (3), (4) and (5). (a) On or about July 27, 2016, at work site at 46-10 61st Street, Apt. 15E, Woodside, NY 11377 Employer instructed employees to remove asbestos-containing 9" x 9" floor tile, which is Class II asbestos work, without establishing a regulated area in which to complete the work. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
