29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. Location: 475 Lock St. On or about 7/21/2016 a) Employees removed buckets of spackle and other materials from a job made container/platform elevated to the 5th floor and were not trained to recognize hazards associated with working from the elevated platform.
