29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end: a) Exterior North Side of Structure - A mason was standing on a pumpjack scaffold work platform that extended past the end support by 48 inches, exposing the mason to a fall of 18 feet, on or about 05/02/2016. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
