29 CFR 1915.116(b): Loads were not safely rigged before being moved. Employees working on the Noble Jim Thompson vessel, set for demolition, at the Port of Brownsville did not safely rig loads to the top of a derrick such as but not limited to: a) A chain to hoist 190 feet of 1 1/4" thick wire rope 140 feet to a walkway was not properly rigged, and b) A sash cord to manually hoist 50 feet of 1 /1/4" thick wire rope was overrated.
