29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: On or about December 2nd, 2015, in the plant production area, where employees were exposed to noise hazard without a continuing, effective audiometric testing program in place: a) The Punch Press machine (Bliss C-60/Punch Press 55) machine operator was exposed to a noise level of 95.36 dBA during a 478 minutes sampling period on December 2nd, 2015. b) The extrusion machine ACME-6 machine operator was exposed to a noise level of 92.42 dBA during a 477 minutes sampling period on December 2nd, 2015. c) The extrusion machine ACME-7 machine operator was exposed to a noise level of 91.48 dBA during a 483 minutes sampling period on December 2nd, 2015. d) The snow drill machine SD01 machine operator was exposed to a noise level of 89.62 dBA during a 485 minutes sampling period on December 2nd, 2015. e) The deburring machine Hardinge A-1283 machine operator was exposed to a noise level of 87.48 dBA during a 486 minutes sampling period on December 2nd, 2015.
