29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a) Blanching Area, Building PB1, behind the blanching machine conveyor, on or about 11-30-2015, employer failed to provide appropriate enclosure to belts and pulley to protect employees working with and around the blanching machinery, there were gaps in the guarding or enclosures of the belts and pulleys that leave them partially exposed to accidental contact resulting in lacerations.
