29 CFR 1910.269(p)(4)(i): Mechanical equipment was not operated so that the minimum approach distances, established by the employer under paragraph (l)(3)(i) of this section, are maintained from exposed energized lines and equipment: On December 2, 2015, an employee working from an elevated bucket of a Genie aerial lift with an articulating boom worked within the minimum approach distance of energized power lines and was exposed to electric shock hazards.
