29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Fill room mixing area - On or about 11/19/15, employees pour hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, 45% potassium hydroxide (pH of 12 - 14) and 93% sulfuric acid (pH of 0.3) when making various products. Employees were not provided with effective training on hazardous chemicals in their work area. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
