29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables shall not be used. (a) Locust Avenue: On or about November 17, 2015 and times prior, employees were using power tools, such as, but not limited to a Skil reciprocating saw and a Black and Decker drill that were provided power from extension cords with damage to the outer insulation.
