29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lamp holders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles may have no live parts normally exposed to employee contact. However, rosettes and cleat-type lamp holders and receptacles located at least 2.44 m (8.0 ft) above the floor may have exposed terminals. (a) On or about October 23, 2015, in the engine room of the AMTO tug, the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from contact with lighting fixtures located within 8 feet of the floor. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
