29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures (a) In the vestibule leading to the back door, a circuit breaker box used as a junction box was not installed to prevent moisture and/or water from entering the box. The box was exposed to water intrusion from the ceiling and when water that traveled down the wall to the box. This condition exposed workers to fire and electrical hazards.
