29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(ii): Discarded filter pads and filter rolls were not immediately removed to a safe, well-detached location or placed in a water-filled metal container and disposed of at the close of the day's operation when not maintained completely in water: PAINT ROOM On, or about, October 20, 2015, discarded spray booth filters, contaminated with Rockhard Chromate primer, a flammable chemical with a flashpoint of 79 degrees F, was stored inside the paint room, in a waterless metal container, for longer than one day.
