29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(1): The employer did not use engineering controls and work practices in all operations covered by 29 CFR 1926.1101, regardless of the levels of the exposure: a) Little Sisters of the Poor Boiler Room - On or about May 28, 2015, where employees were dry sweeping thermal system insulation that contained 15% to 30% Amosite asbestos the employer did not protect employees by implementing engineering controls such as but not limited to HEPA vacuums or wet methods were not used to collect dust and debris.
