29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical contained therein. In the alternative: 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): a) On or about May 18, 2015 and in times prior thereto, in the #1 Glue line area, a plastic container of flammable WD-40 was not labeled. The WD-40 was used on the rollers of a WALCO roller coater, exposing employees to the hazards of chemical contact and fire. b) On or about September 3, 2015 and in times prior thereto, in the Trim Saw Department, a plastic sports drink bottle containing a chemical believed to be flammable isopropyl alcohol was used by employees to clean oil and grease from trim and was labeled only "Warning Acetone" and "do not drink", exposing employees to the hazards of chemical contact and fire.
