29 CFR 1926.652(g)(1)(iv): Employees were allowed in an excavation when shields were installed, removed, or moved vertically: a) A-B Contracting, Inc. @ Newport Landing & Hawkins Road, Fenton, MO 63026: On and before April 10, 2015, employees were allowed inside the excavation while shields were relocated. The excavation measured 5 feet in depth along the east wall and 7 feet in depth along the west wall. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
